The Pairing List:

1. Bubble - we will start with a 93 point Prosecco and pair it with a top triple cream of italy.
Masottina, “R.D.O. – Le Rive di Ogliano Ponente,” Brut Millesimato, Valdobbiadene Superiore, Italy, 2023

2. Bright white - we will stay in Italy for another inspired bright white of the moment - paired again with a super exciting cheese of Italy (what grows together goes together)
Bisci, Verdicchio di Matelica, Marche, Italy, 2024

3. A deeper White -This is absolutely wild... partial skin contact makes this almost orange and absolutely delicious.  South African superstar producer here:  A special Goat Cheese with Honey - that will go amazing with this tart and daring white / orange wine.
Craven, Pinot Gris, Stellenbosch, South Africa, 2022 (Skin Contact)

4.  Sweetness and Blue:  Staying in South Africa for one of the greatest sweet wine of the universe with a super cool Bleu - it's a match made in heaven.
Mullineux Family Wines, Straw Wine, Swartland, South Africa, 2024 (375mL)

5.  Milk Chocolate and Pinot Noir...  this is a beautiful Pinot from the former winemaker at BYRANT FAMILY.  We will have it with a special milk from Beverly Hills treasure TRESSOR (European origin).
Atelier Ilaria, Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, California, 2022

6.  Dark Chocolate of France Legend - Brought back from Paris.
Paired with a 94 point Syrah that is singing... this pairing is perfect.
Tensley, Syrah, Santa Barbara, California, 2021

7.  A hard aged cheese with a great Nebbiolo from Piedmont.
Figli Luigi Oddero, Langhe Nebbiolo, Piedmont, Italy, 2021

8.  Total Surprise - I don't even know what it is. It will be red and feature incredible chocolate. Both will be the most expensive products of the day... this course requires the program to be SOLD OUT.

9.  A dark chocolate Waver that is so delicate it will blow your mind—I'm pairing it with a fine Spanish Red Wine Superstar!
Alto Moncayo, “Veraton,” Garnacha, Campo de Borja, Spain, 2021

10.  Dessert pairings are the best.  I'm ready to try this sexy COLHEITA from Portugal with Salted chocolate - with caramel.
Kopke, Colheita Tawny Port, Douro, Portugal, 2007

*Actual list will be determined in the final days before for the event.
