How to sign up:
- Make a deposit
- Each program has a minimum number of students
- Your deposit secures the lowest price available at the date of deposit.
- Prices increase as the event approaches and/or availability becomes limited, If you wish to participate - please make a deposit to secure your position.
- Once we hit the minimum number of students - we will have final invoices (less your deposit paid) issued.
- All deposits are non-refundable, unless class is cancelled.
- No credits, refunds, rescheduling or cancellations once deposit is made.
- Deposit is surrendered if balance is not collected in time for the start of the program
- Last minute sign ups cost more as fees increase to register.
- The viability of each program requires a minimum of 8 students.
- We anticipate confirming each program inside of 30 days of announcement and will update you along the way.

Walid has tasted and rated thousands of wines, earning the nickname “Prince of Wine.” A true educator at heart, he brings this expertise and enthusiasm to every course, helping students unlock the fascinating stories behind each bottle. Whether you are new to wine or an experienced connoisseur, Walid’s mission is to deepen your understanding and appreciation for wine from the vineyard to the glass.
You’ll often find Walid capturing unique moments through the lens of his Leica camera, inspired by how light interacts with wine. As a Southern California resident, he’s known for his creative shots on the beach, where he explores the interplay between wine and natural light.
