Outline/ Dates: 11AM
Week One: April 18 REMOTE - A one-hour plus (as long as needed) group session - meeting online or on the phone. We discuss the program and assign homework (wine buying projects and other Q&A)
Week Two: April 25 - Tasting of New World Whites and Reds (USA, Argentina, Australia, Chile, New Zealand)
Week Three: May 2: Tasting of France
Week Four: May 9: Tasting of Italy and Spain
Week Five: May 16: Remote Session - Q & A and detailed discussion of the final “BAR” exam - with a Short Quiz to test your progress.
Break for holiday (no session on the 23rd of May)
Week Six: May 30: Taste Germany, Austria, Sparkling and Dessert and then a short break before the BLIND EXAM.... The BAR EXAM (Beverage Aptitude Review) - you will have 7 days to complete the exam, every student receives a different exam.
