    A great wine education provides a strong foundation for any wine career or wine-savvy consumer.  Each week we taste and instruct towards world wine competency, achieved by passing this multi-week program and credential exam.   Students who have completed the structure outlined on the curriculum have achieved a 90+% success rate and passed the challenging EXAM. Additionally, our students of gone on to pass the CSW, WSET Level 3 and 4, many have gone on to become wine authorities, authors, and captains of industry.  


    Over 1700 credentialed graduates are improving the wine world!    

    Graduates will receive a Junior Wine Executive (J.W.E.) credential, wall certificate, and credentials that are helpful in the application process for future placement in the wine industry, or just to impress and educate your family and friends around the dinner table. Perhaps best of all, you’ll be in the upper 10% in wine knowledge and comfortably conversational in wine at all future work and social occasions.

CLASS INCLUDES

NOTE:  At any time - this book cook move to the 4th Edition. This 4th Edition has not yet been viewed, but the 3rd Edition will be the source of all our quizzes and the final exam for this session.  The answers in the book are the primary answer - any answers found on google or other reference will not usurp the answers found in this time tested guide.

ZOOM SESSIONS INCLUDE WEEKLY SHIPPING OF WINES - SHIPPED MONDAY FOR TUESDAY

Out of state samples prepped on friday and sent two day air - we are never to be held responsible when UPS fails to deliver. All zoom sessions are recorded - you can taste the wines after the session and still participate.

Stand alone Zoom flight kits cost $40 to prepare and ship inside california - $60 for two day delivery per set.
