  LearnAboutWine is proud to bring the essence of Baja to wine and food enthusiasts right in the heart of Los Angeles (Beverly Hills Four Seasons Style).   The Baja Wine Dinner is set to be a multi-course food and wine pairing with leading experts tasting us through approx. 20 wines of the region…. We will introduce you to many new ideas - concepts - regional classics and some of the stallworth producers are also involved.

2. Casa de Piedra, Espuma de Piedra, Blanc de Blancs, Guadalupe, NV -  Winemaker Hugo D' Acosta | 50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon Blanc. Traditional style 18-24 months on lees
