BLIND TASTING AND TRIVIA

Blind tasting is the sport of wine tasting! It rewards knowledge and educates those that are building their references. Truth is you need not know anything to participate - but those with the most knowledge will probably learn the greatest amount and we build this competitive tasting for small teams… so even the weakest of tasters can be supported by the team you join. This is a great way to learn (known as deductive tasting) and a great way to learn even more and share great wisdom if you have credentials or are pursuing them.

FOR THE PALATE

We taste the wines in flights; some wines we present and not tell you which glass they are in… your job is to find them. Then we throw in a flight where we tell you nothing (double or triple blind)… things go wild - it’s fun, its a sport, a learning session and chaos creates comedy.

FOR THE ENERGY

This is wine tasting gamified. We keep score, we break the group into teams of 3 or 4 tasters. Your team gets points for correctly answering/ guessing the wines and the trivia questions. At the end - one team is crowned victorious but everyone wins and has a fun time.

FOR THE ACTION

This tasting is action packed, focused at times, and random at others. We have been told it is a favorite tasting of our most academic students! Build your palate, reinforce and expand what you know, or learn it for the first time! All experience levels welcome. This class helps develop tasting skills and adds LIFE points!

Our Policy

All tickets are non-refundable.  We can adjust your menu for dietary needs up to 72 hours prior without any additional cost.  Wines can change without notice, failure or corked wines do not result in any type of credit or refund. We open one bottle minimum per paying guest, and can reduce the total number of bottles being opened so that the event does not have to cancel should ticket sales not reach potential.  Fewer bottles will equal larger pours, so you will get the same quantity of wine and we always open the best wines for the quality of the event. Cancellation due to illness is understandable and appreciated, but does not qualify for a refund.  If you are not well, you may ask for the food to be made available for togo or assign your seat to someone else without fee.  The perishable nature of our product requires no cancellation, no credit, no refunds for any reason.
