MAX, 2021: Max, named in honor of our founder, Don Maximiano Errázuriz, reflects the in-depth exploration carried out by Viña Errázuriz in the Aconcagua Valley and in other valleys, some of which are the best and most recognized valleys in Chile for producing each of the varieties that are sourced for these wines. As a result, these wines stand out for their nesse, elegance, freshness and delicious acidity, and as a result, it reflects each one of the valleys from where they come from.
KAI, 2018: Reflects the true expression of Carmenere, which is now considered to be Chile’s emblematic variety. KAI means “plant” in the language of the Mapuches, one of Chile’s original peoples. KAI is the finest Carmenere wine produced by Viña Errázuriz from its estates in the Aconcagua Valley.
DON MAXIMIANO, 2018: Viña Errázuriz’s flagship wine, named in honour of Don Maximiano Errázuriz, who founded the winery in 1870 in the heart of the Aconcagua Valley. VINEDO CHADWICK, 2016: Years after Don Alfonso Chadwick retired from polo, his son Eduardo asked to transform his beloved polo field into a world-class single vineyard. Vinedo Chadwick was born; a tribute from son to father. The approach has always been to create a wine of exceptional balance, freshness and purity, respecting each vintage character and reflecting the best expression of Puento Alto, Maipo Valley.

Our Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. We can adjust your menu for dietary needs up to 72 hours prior without any additional cost. Wines can change without notice, failure or corked wine at the dinner does not result in any type of credit or refund. We open one bottle minimum per paying guest, and can reduce the total number of bottles being opened so that the dinner does not have to cancel should ticket sales not reach the minimum. Fewer bottles / larger pours - you will get the same quantity of wine and we always open the best wines for the quality of the event. Cancellation due to illness is not allowed, you may however take food to go - or assign your seat to someone else without fee. The perishable nature of our product requires no cancellation, no credit, no refunds for any reason.

Ian discovered the wine industry while visiting the Napa Valley as a Culinary Student. Ian moved his focus to the front of the house, while working with Thomas Keller and Joachim Splichal in Los Angeles. Now in his 30th year hosting events; leading trips around the wine world; Ian has published a wine education book and is working on a new one; Ian has his own wine brand called Beekeeper Cellars and has sat for the difficult Master of Wine Exam!
