DAY 1

Friday, February 19th

Carneros to Sonoma Valley

Meet Ian and the group in the hotel lobby and begin your journey to Carneros and the Sonoma Valley with visits to two amazing wineries, lunch is included. Wrap up the day with dinner at the 3-Michelin & 1-Green star - ENCLOS Sonoma

DAY 2

Saturday, February 20th

Russian River and Sonoma Coast 

This premier growing region is celebrated for its world-class Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and old-vine Zinfandel. Another great day with two exclusive winery visits and lunch. Dinner is at leisure or feel welcome to join Ian’s dining reservation***

DAY 3

Sunday, February 21st

Elevations and Hillsides 

The nuances of the Sonoma wine country begin to appear as you’ve tasted your way across the region. Enjoy the sweeping views and green beauty out in wine country, tour and tasting at two wineries, a possible picnic lunch and a relaxing Farewell dinner at Bear at the Stanly Ranch.

Ian discovered the wine industry while visiting the Napa Valley as a Culinary Student. Ian moved his focus to the front of the house, while working with Thomas Keller and Joachim Splichal in Los Angeles. Now in his 30th year hosting events; leading trips around the wine world; Ian has published a wine education book and is working on a new one; Ian has his own wine brand called Beekeeper Cellars and has sat for the difficult Master of Wine Exam!
