Join LearnAboutWine in our efforts to maximize a beautiful visit to Champagne, located about 1.5 hours north of Paris.

We aim to visit some of our favorite producers and meet with some of the important families in Champagne.

Day 1 (Nov 1)
Transfers to Paris hotel

Day 2 (Nov 2)
Free day in Paris — optional tours will be offered, or enjoy time at leisure. We will also visit a few very important restaurants.

Day 3 (Nov 3)
Train to Champagne
Champagne welcome tour in Reims and guided tour of the Cathedral of Reims


Day 4 (Nov 4)
Two visits and lunch in and around Aÿ (Mareuil-sur-Aÿ)

Day 5 (Nov 5)
Two visits and lunch in and around Reims (Marne and Reims)

Day 6 (Nov 6)
Four visits and tastings in Mesnil-sur-Oger — finale

Day 7 (Nov 7)
Transfer to station and train to CDG Airport

Deposit to secure a position is $2000 for solo or $4000 for double occupancy.

Pricing in US dollars for our program:

Double Occupancy: $23,500 Prior to Feb 15th. $26,000 after

Single Occupancy:  $13,950 Prior to Feb 15th.  $15,000 after

Price includes:

  • 2 nights DELUXE ROOM at Maison Delano including breakfast in Paris - in the heart of the shopping and fashion district.
  • 4 nights JUNIOR SUITE at Royal Champagne including breakfast (the top destination in Champagne - bar none) 
  • Private transfer Paris Airport to hotel on arrival (only available for the first 10 guests and only when you sign up prior to Feb 15, 2026) 
  • Introductory walking tour Paris 
  • Party transfer Paris hotel/Paris EST station
  • First class TGV ticket to Champagnes Ardennes (included) 
  • Guided tour Reims Cathedral 
  • 3 winery days including lunches and tasting 
  • Private transfer to Champagne Ardennes station
  • First class TGV ticket to Paris Charles De Gaulle (Airport) or Paris
  • Noted Champagne Experts will Guide us on Nov 4, 5 and 6th - Family Members or experienced experts will receive us at every stop and visit along the way.
  • Dinners will be offered but are additional

Steps

-Make a non-refundable deposit.
-Should you be offered a spot on this trip and decide not to attend - you will lose your deposit.
-Should you make a deposit and we could not meet the minimum to operate - you will be able to apply your deposit to a future trip.
-Deposits cover our time to build the trip, manage the limited space, and to create the contracts and agreements. 
-Our trips are one of a kind, built for intimate groups, and lean into the luxury category that fine wine demands (a value at the top tier of travel) 

Our deposits for the trips are non-refundable as stated above. Once deposits come in, we continue to invest more and more hours into each trip. Should the trip cancel, deposits are refunded. If Trip goes forward and you do not sign the final payment paperwork - the deposit is not refunded and surrendered. This is our policy and is necessary to keep our workers dedicated and employeed and to keep our product unique and not "canned" - each of our trips is unique, special, and highly procured just for the participants. We aim for 10 guests (as small as 8 and and large as 14)

*Note this is a sample itinerary, confirmed itinerary details available via Registration Packet after a deposit for trip commitment has been received. 

The design and pricing of this trip listed herein is exploratory and not final. A minimum number of participants is necessary for this trip to operate. A deposit for this trip is a non-refundable intended placeholder for a spot on this trip. Once we receive the minimum number of participants, a Registration Packet with official pricing will be released to depositors on this trip. Receipt of completed packets and full payments must be received by the due date listed on the Registration Packet for the trip to move forward into the next phase. We will update all depositors of the trip status and booking flights. Do not book flights until the trip is confirmed and an email states to do so. The itinerary is subject to change without notice, the itinerary and pricing on the Registration Packet supersedes the pricing estimate listed herein. Additional costs apply on leisure days, activities, meals, situations that require the group and its individuals to adapt beyond our immediate control.
