Pairing: I love it when country music embraces a gaycowboy with pitch perfect vocals.If you have not experienced Mr. Peck, this is a special night with one of the most interesting personalities in music. I think bubbles are a good place to start and as you will not be able to take wine to this show, have a pre-event party because the sparkling at this venue will be horrible (Palladium) …. but you can pre-bubble with this splashy new wine from cow country New Mexico… its a winner and so is ORVILLE
