Varinder Sahi — Founder of Copia Vineyards and Winery, Varinder Sahi focuses on elegant, terroir-driven wines crafted with balance, precision, and food-friendly structure. Copia’s philosophy centers around sustainability, thoughtful vineyard sourcing, and producing expressive California wines with restraint and finesse.

Paul Lopez — Founder and winemaker of Lopai Cellars, Paul Lopez creates small-lot wines that highlight purity, texture, and vineyard character. His style blends minimal-intervention techniques with a modern California approach, resulting in expressive, approachable wines with depth and energy.

Natalie Brown and Brian Brown — Founders of Rococo Wine Co., Natalie and Brian Brown produce artistic, small-production wines inspired by the rugged beauty and coastal influence of Paso Robles. Their wines emphasize richness, texture, and Rhône-inspired elegance.

Natalie Brown and Brian Brown — Through Willow Creek Wine Co., the Browns showcase the unique terroir of Paso Robles’ Willow Creek District with Rhône varietals, old-vine selections, and site-driven blends that balance freshness, structure, and depth.

Caliza is a small, family-owned and operated vineyard and winery located in the coveted Willow Creek district of Paso Robles, California. Our focus is on crafting wines from varietals common to the Rhône Valley of France – Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Viognier, among others. But like many winemakers in Paso Robles, we like to throw a surprise or two in the mix. Our wines reflect what we feel are an excellent example of what the region has to offer – bold, yet elegant wines that drink well today and well into the future.

Ian discovered the wine industry while visiting the Napa Valley as a Culinary Student. Ian moved his focus to the front of the house, while working with Thomas Keller and Joachim Splichal in Los Angeles. Now in his 30th year hosting events; leading trips around the wine world; Ian has published a wine education book and is working on a new one; Ian has his own wine brand called Beekeeper Cellars and has sat for the difficult Master of Wine Exam!
