• We are announcing events at FIG (Fairmont Miramar) and THE LOBSTER (on the Pier) 
• We also continue with monthly events at THE CHEESE STORE BEVERLY HILLS
• Our Downtown Venue is up and running strong... We are up for Legacy status in the City of Los Angeles for our contributions to the Arts District.

• CHAMPAGNE -- Paired with a triple cream. Magnifique!  Roederer 245
• LOIRE-- Sancerre from Vacheron - and an incredible cheese 
• ALSACE -- Aromatics are like gingerbread spices, so good with a local Alpine bloom
• WHITE BORDEAUX - Sauternes - If you don't go amazing bleu with this wine, you have blown it! :) 
• BURGUNDY -- A milk chocolate with amazing import from our December trip to Paris - the chocolate alone is worth the experience
• Blind Wine - with classic french Charcuterie - guess the grape! 
• RHONE (Jamet) -- Beacons for dark chocolate. Mmmm!
• DESSERT -- Let me show you something awesome! 

Paired with great cheese, charcuterie, and chocolate... all top stuff from France!!!

PS.  The venue is a small private classroom - this is not a walk around event - this is a prepared plate of foods from the venue (amazing selection) and wines that compliment and as they say - "what grows together goes together!!!"
