TASTE LIKE A PROFESSIONAL | WINE TASTING IS FUN

Blind tasting is the sport of wine tasting… it rewards knowledge and is a great way to learn (known as deductive tasting). We taste three wines blind at-a-time! We tell you what the wines are, we don’t tell you which glass they’re in! To take the live class up a notch; we ask timely trivia questions and engage other competitive elements…. Wine, sports, history, trivia…. (Reduced to wine only trivia on ZOOM). This class helps develop tasting skills to help identify wines. PALATE BUILDING is action packed, fun, and delicious!!!Build your palate, reinforce and expand what you know, or learn it for the first time!

A 18-wine flight (1.5-2-oz pours; in total, about 1-bottle per person!) We taste three wines at-a-time, blind! We tell you what the wines are, what they smell/taste like, but we don’t tell you which glass they’re in!

(Taste Buds in Latin languages) is a "farm to table" concept cafe-restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Our specialty menu is based on organic, locally sourced produce, exquisitely prepared and served fresh daily. We source the best ingredients directly from farmers and incorporate them into a fast changing, highly seasonal menu. Our food is perfectly paired with Single Origin specialty Coffees and Teas as well as local, biodynamic sustainably made Wines and craft beers. We've worked with 20+ employees and now we are reduced to 9. Despite having to adjust with the times, we've managed to cultivate a unique and mouthwatering dining experience

Our Policy

All tickets are non-refundable.  We can adjust your menu for dietary needs up to 72 hours prior without any additional cost.  Wines can change without notice, failure or corked wine at the dinner does not result in any type of credit or refund.  We open one bottle minimum per paying guest, and can reduce the total number of bottles being opened so that the dinner does not have to cancel should ticket sales not reach the minimum.  Fewer bottles  / larger pours - you will get the same quantity of wine and we always open the best wines for the quality of the event.  Cancellation due to illness is not allowed, you may however take food to go - or assign your seat to someone else without fee.  The perishable nature of our product requires no cancellation, no credit, no refunds for any reason.

My passion redirected my career from restaurants/hotels to vineyards and wine-education.
