When you put 10 of the greatest wines of California on the table at one time, and you pull together a fantastic crowd of wine lovers, nothing but goodness can result.

LAW Facts

A wine thief is a clear glass or plastic sampling tube with a narrow opening at each end. The taster lowers the tube into the barrel or other container, fills it to a given a barrel and removes it, keeping his or her finger on the upper opening to collect a wine sample.
